She is a towering presence of heavy goth and punk aesthetics, a formidable combatant who announces her arrival simply by existing.

Suburbs of Orcania #

Beneath the spiked exterior and intimidating silhouette is a surprisingly grounded origin. Rhea was born and raised in the quiet, unassuming suburbs of Orcania. Her parents, Cindy and Greg, provided a stable, middle-class home where the family always had what they needed, even if luxuries were few and far between. Growing up, Rhea was often on the smaller side, a disadvantage that quickly taught her to be feisty just to carve out her own space. She cut her teeth and learned her first brutal fighting tricks scrapping with her two older brothers.

The 3D Grapplers’ Union #

Her true potential, however, was forged in the sweat and grit of a local guild known as the The 3D Grapplers’ Union. Formal combat training was a luxury the Grippli family simply couldn’t afford, but the union boss, “Titan” Terry Dudley, saw a relentless spark in the scrappy young girl. In an act of profound solidarity, he waived her initiation dues entirely, allowing her to train for free. That kindness left a permanent mark on Rhea’s soul; she fights today not just for the thrill of the brawl, but to honor his investment and make her mentor proud.

It was also within the rings of the union hall that Rhea met Helena. The two warriors clicked instantly, their fighting styles complementing each other so perfectly that they formed the formidable tag-team known as “The Smash Sisters.” Driven by a deep-seated desire to see the world beyond her quiet suburban roots and use her devastating capabilities to help people in need, Rhea packed up her boots and chains, taking their act on the road.

Family & Connections #

Yet, the adventuring life is not without its shadows. While her immediate family remains a pillar of support back in Orcania, her extended family is a festering liability. Her mother’s brother, Uncle Bo, is a sleazy, fast-talking “crypto bro” always chasing his next dubious arcane investment scheme. His latest get rich quick scheme involves “Non-Fungible Talismans” (NFTS) and Arcane Tokens not backed by the royal bank - don’t let him corner you at a party.
